Range Operations is the backbone of ShotPro — the module your staff interacts with every minute the range is open. Lane booking, scheduling, waitlists, equipment management, and POS integration from a single terminal. No tab-switching. No paper logs.

Lane Booking & Scheduling

Online and walk-in reservations with real-time lane availability. Guests book through your website, the My Gunni app, or at the kiosk — every booking instantly appears on the terminal. Supports time-based pricing, peak/off-peak rates, and multi-lane group reservations.

Waitlist Management

When lanes are full, guests join a digital waitlist from the kiosk or app. Staff are notified automatically when a lane opens. Guests receive SMS alerts so they can browse retail instead of standing in line.

Firearm Rental Tracking

Track rental inventory by serial number with checkout/check-in logging. Know which firearms are on which lane, when they were last cleaned, and what's available. Ties to the customer record for rental history per guest.

Class & Event Scheduling
