Careers at ShotPro

We Call Ourselves
ShotPro's.

Most software companies hire people to fill roles. We hire people who believe the shooting sports industry deserves better technology — and want to build it.

ShotPro is the operating system for the modern shooting range. We've built a unified platform spanning digital waivers, lane reservations, membership management, marketing automation, event ticketing, and in-range experience — and we're still early. The platform is live, the customers are growing, and the industry is ready. What we need now are the people who can take it to scale.

We're a team of 14 operators, engineers, and industry insiders in the fight to modernize an industry that's been underserved by technology for too long. Our founders have run ranges, built enterprise software, and invested their own capital because they believe this platform matters. Our board members own ranges and use our software every day. When we ship something, the people who depend on it are people we know.

That's not typical. We think it's the only way to build something worth building.

The Mission

Who We're Looking For

We Don't Hire Résumés.
We Hire Profiles.

Every ShotPro fits one of three descriptions. If you see yourself here, we want to talk.

Operators
People who've worked inside the firearms, outdoor, or hospitality industry and understand the problems we're solving from the inside out. You've been behind a range counter, managed a membership program, or run a retail floor. You know what "busy Saturday" really means — and you see exactly where the current tools fail.
"If you've ever duct-taped three systems together to do something that should take one click — you're one of us."
Builders
Engineers, designers, and product thinkers who care about craft and want their work deployed in real environments, not just staging servers. We build across web, mobile, kiosk, digital signage, and API integrations — and our standard is zero downtime, because a range check-in system can't have a bad morning. If reliability is a point of pride, you'll fit here.
"Our platform doesn't get a maintenance window on a Saturday afternoon. Neither do the ranges that run on it."
Growers
Sales, marketing, and client success professionals who want to own territory, build real relationships, and be compensated for results in a market with no dominant incumbent. We have a 75+ range pipeline, a product that works, and a sales motion built on industry relationships — not cold calls. The upside is real and the ceiling is high.
"We don't knock on doors. We walk through them — because our team already has the relationships."
If you're the kind of person who sees a fragmented industry running on duct tape and spreadsheets and thinks "I could fix that" — we want to talk.
Why ShotPro. Why Now.

The Gap Between What Exists and What's Possible Is Largest Right Now.

01
No real incumbent

The firearms industry processes millions of range visits every year on clipboards, generic waiver tools, and marketing platforms that might cancel their accounts tomorrow. ShotPro is the only platform built end-to-end for this industry. There's no Goliath to fight — just a market waiting to be organized.

02
The product works and is live

We're not pre-revenue, pre-product, or pre-customer. ShotPro is deployed at ranges processing real transactions, real waivers, and real memberships right now. Joining at this stage means you build on a foundation that's proven, not a PowerPoint.

03
Founders with skin in the game

The leadership team has invested $1.8M+ of personal capital and takes no salary. Our board members own ranges that run on our software. That alignment of incentives changes the culture of every decision made here — and what it means to be a ShotPro.

The Scale-Up Opportunity
42+
Target team size by Q4 2026 following Series A. Today we're 14. The people who join now help define what that team looks like, how it operates, and what it values.

Post-Series A, we scale across engineering, sales, client services, product, and marketing. We're not filling seats — we're building the team that takes this platform from early traction to category leadership. Early ShotPro's carry outsized influence on what that looks like.
How We Operate

What It Means to Be a ShotPro.

We don't run on buzzwords. These are the operating principles that show up in how we actually make decisions.

Validate at the range
Every feature decision gets pressure-tested against the question: "Would this work on a Saturday afternoon at a busy range?" We have board members who can answer that question from the operator's chair. We use that.
Own the outcome
We're not a big enough team for hand-offs and diffuse accountability. Every ShotPro owns something real — a product, a customer relationship, a pipeline. If it succeeds or fails, you'll know why, and so will everyone else.
Zero downtime standard
A range check-in system going down on Saturday morning isn't a support ticket — it's a business crisis for our customer. We build and operate with that weight in mind. It makes us more careful, more disciplined, and more proud of what we ship.
Industry first, not industry adjacent
We don't observe the firearms industry from the outside. Our CEO ran a range for 15 years. Our sales director is a partner in The Range Network. We are in the rooms where decisions are made — and we expect our team to be there too.
Capital efficient by conviction
14 people built a working product, launched multiple paying customers, and generated a 75+ range pipeline. We don't spend money to prove we're serious — we spend money to grow what's already working. That discipline carries forward at every scale.
Candor over comfort
We're a small team building fast. There's no room for information that gets softened before it reaches the people who need it. We say what we know, admit what we don't, and fix things without assigning blame. That's the environment we're building — and protecting.

Open Positions

We're Hiring ShotPro's.

These are the roles we're actively building around right now. If you see yourself in one of them, don't wait — send us a note and tell us who you are.

Sales Full-Time Remote
Account Executive

ShotPro is growing fast and we need Account Executives who can close deals in a market we already have relationships inside. This is not a cold-calling role — our pipeline comes from industry events, The Range Network, Gearfire's dealer ecosystem, and inbound interest from ranges that have already heard of us. Your job is to qualify opportunities, run consultative discovery conversations, and guide range owners through a buying decision that genuinely improves their business. You'll work directly with our Director of Sales, carry a real quota with real upside, and hand off closed deals to a client services team that's built to make your customers successful. The ideal candidate knows the firearms or outdoor industry from the inside, understands how small business owners think, and is energized by a product that's easy to believe in because it actually works.

Engineering Full-Time Remote
Front-End Web Developer

ShotPro's front-end spans a lot of surfaces — range operator dashboards, consumer-facing web apps, kiosk interfaces, digital signage displays, and marketing properties. We need a developer who can move confidently across these environments and cares deeply about the experience on the other side of the screen. You'll work closely with our VP of Technology and the engineering team to build and maintain production interfaces that range operators and their guests interact with every single day. We value clean, maintainable code and an eye for design detail — someone who notices when something is off by four pixels and fixes it without being asked. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive design, and a willingness to occasionally wade into the intersection of web and hardware (kiosk displays aren't quite the same as a browser) will serve you well here.

Express Interest
Marketing Full-Time Remote
Social Media Specialist

ShotPro operates in an industry with a passionate and highly engaged community — and right now we're underutilizing it. We need a Social Media Specialist who understands the firearms and outdoor space well enough to speak authentically inside it, and who has the creative and strategic chops to build a brand presence worth following. This role sits inside our marketing team and works across both ShotPro's own channels and the managed social content we produce on behalf of range operator clients. You'll plan content calendars, write copy, source visuals, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and help build the editorial voice of a company that has a genuinely interesting story to tell. You understand which platforms matter for this audience and why, and you know the difference between content that builds community and content that just fills a calendar.

Marketing Full-Time Remote
Marketing Automation Specialist

Revfinity is ShotPro's marketing automation platform — built specifically for shooting ranges, connected to real operational data, and unlike anything mainstream platforms offer to this industry. We need a Marketing Automation Specialist who can both build inside Revfinity on behalf of our range clients and help us continue to develop the playbooks, templates, and workflows that make Revfinity smarter for every range that uses it. You'll design and build email and SMS automation sequences, configure behavioral triggers based on waiver signings, visit activity, and membership status, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results. This is a dual role — part practitioner building live campaigns for real ranges, part contributor shaping the product library that those campaigns draw from. If you've spent time inside a CRM or marketing automation platform and you understand that "automated" doesn't mean "impersonal," you'll do well here.
